In January, projects including Jiangmen Helenbergh Impression Helen Bay and Wuxi Helenbergh Liangxi Benyuan were delivered, marking a good start Helenbergh’s quality delivery this year. More than 500 houses in Jiangmen Helenbergh Impression Helen Bay were delivered to their owners. Some owners even received the property ownership certificate at the moment of delivery, achieving a new breakthrough in which the owners received both the keys and the certificate. Such a measure is part of Helenbergh’s efforts to implement the Work Plan of Jiangmen City for Issuing the Property Ownership Certificate upon Delivery.

Zhongshan Helenbergh Qingyuntai, a sought-after project, also witnessed quality delivery to nearly 400 households. Helenbergh staff provided considerate services to help the owners receive their houses. The project highlights community building, and the first floor of each building is a themed pan-clubhouse, with seven clubs including Zhiqushe, Shuxiangshe, Tongxuetang, Tonglechang, Julechang, Jianlechang and Donglechang, rendering a colorful community life for owners within the neighborhood.

Upholding the belief of "making the city colorful and life wonderful", a number of projects in Helenbergh’s Yunnan-Guizhou region, such as Helenbergh Dacheng Xiaoyuan, Helenbergh Spring City Time Garden and Helenbergh Central Square, were all delivered in the first half of the year, opening a new chapter of a better life for close to 3,000 families. The successful delivery shows Helenbergh’s strong capacity for regional development and its efforts to contribute to better city life.

In addition, a host of Helenbergh projects in the Eastern China Region were delivered with quality, including Shuiyun Huating, Wenxing Huayuan and Guanlan in Jiaixng, and Xingyue in Huzhou. Of these projects, 1,044 high-floor houses were delivered in Jiaxing Helenbergh Shuiyun Huating. Meanwhile, multiple projects were also delivered in Helenbergh’s Guangzhou-Foshan region, including Helen Bay and Haiqin Bay in Qingyuan, coupled with Xijiangyue in Zhaoqing.

To better welcome the owners on the delivery day, Helenbergh arranged specialized service personnel to guide and maintain order in the parking lot, the main entrance and exit, as well as the delivery site.
On top of that, a host of functional areas were set up at the delivery site for registration, tea break, accounting, property management and gift dispatch. Staff at the guidance post, key management post, house inspection post, gift post, quick repair post, cleaning post and order-maintaining post remained on standby at any time to ensure the success of each delivery link and serve the owners better and faster. All these efforts were made to secure more efficient and better delivery.
At the link of house inspection, customer service housekeepers were assigned to accompany the owners, and a team composed of marketing, engineering and customer service housekeepers was set up to accompany the owners during the inspection.
For home inspection, Helenbergh staff learned about and recorded every detail and provided considerate service and professional answers, and set up a fast repair team to handle the repair requests made by the owners immediately.

First of all, Helenbergh has strict selection and inspection standards for engineering materials, and executes an all-around control to ensure the high quality of engineering materials throughout the construction, from manufacturer selection and material inspection, to material delivery re-inspection, process sampling inspection, etc.

Secondly, Helenbergh continuously improves and upgrades its construction technology across the key processes of quality control for the projects. Starting in 2020, Helenbergh has promoted the application of its precision construction system that gives priority to nine technologies such as advanced aluminum-film plates and intelligent climbing frames. Moreover, Helenbergh has innovated a series of technologies such as plaster-free shear wall structure, high-precision masonry thin plaster, and precise locating of water pipes and electricity wires, to reduce the risk of leakage, bulging and cracking mostly concerned by customers from the technical level, thus making the “backbone” of the building more stable, safe and green.

Furthermore, Helenbergh has strengthened a three-point project management action plan, namely the strict implementation, planning and evaluation of projects, taking the prototype room as the standard and the inspection system at key links of completion.
To guarantee perfect delivery, Helenbergh requires the project manager to clarify the target and delivery standards, and figure out the measures and methods to achieve the target and standards, and make comprehensive preparation before the construction begins.
During the construction, Helenbergh strengthens the management system of the sample sections. That means samples of all the finishing work involving visual effects, such as interior decoration, garden landscape and public lobby, must be determined first before the large-scale construction starts. It also improves the technical delivery and material acceptance throughout the process to ensure that the actual construction is better than the sketch and the delivered houses have better quality than the sample rooms.

For the 11 key processes and links of the project, including the waterproof layer of kitchen and bathroom, exterior doors, walls and windows, as well as garden landscape, which are of the most concern to owners, Helenbergh strictly requires its construction sites, supervising units and construction units to implement the hold point acceptance system and the billboard acceptance system. And senior management and the general project managers are asked to attend the acceptance on site, and workers are to pay more attention to quality.
By refining control and improving product quality through the three-point project management action plan, Helenbergh has achieved customer expectations and set the market standard, while polishing its business card of quality.

Helenbergh has launched a business process of core quality control scenarios involving project Kanban management, a report center, material management, process acceptance, sample management and site inspection, to achieve comprehensive collaboration, full-scenario coverage and management improvement, with more focus on the practical implementation of engineering management standards.

To address the owners’ concerns, Helenbergh has set up eight touch points of delivery services, including Yuejian (blueprint), Yueqian (contract-signing), Yuelai (Helenbergh‘s welcome letter), Yuekong (risk control), Yueyan (delivery and acceptance), Yuejian (construction site tour and new home experience), Yueshou (acceptance as scheduled) and Yuexiang (community services).
Based on the above eight links, Helenbergh has continuously implemented and optimized its delivery standard system and set up a“3+2” delivery system to ensure delivery quality and sound management.

The“3+2” delivery system consists of ten steps of risk control, four quality inspection links, two delivery activities and two management tools, namely the customer service system and the app called Jinggong Zhijian which is an online engineering management platform.
Helenbergh has sorted out the risk points and risk control measures at each stage in the key links along the project development cycle and implemented whole-process risk control from the customer's perspective. Specifically, the ten steps of risk control cover the management of sensitive points at the kick-off stage, sales supervision, construction risk warning, acceptance simulation, site inspection, new home experience, post-delivery evaluation, and case conclusion.
Construction and delivery quality is strictly controlled at every detail. A total of 2,414 testing points were inspected throughout the four links. The range of acceptance encompasses 39 items based on 329 detailed specifications in 12 modules including community entrance, paths to homes, gardens, and building facades.
