On June 28,  the list of “2021 Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises of Strong Comprehensive Competitiveness in Guangdong” was released officially. With its strong comprehensive operation capability, steady sales performance and brand influence in Guangdong, Helenbergh ranked No.13 in the Top 100.

It is known that, the list was published by the research group of comprehensive competitiveness of real estate enterprises in Guangdong, constituted by Guangdong Housing Industry Association and China Index Academy. It objectively evaluated the comprehensive competitiveness of real estate enterprises in Guangdong based on indexes of scale, growth, social responsibility and honor, and brand influence.

Since its founding in 1998, Helenbergh followed the national strategic development and new urbanization, actively fitted in construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta Region, focusing on developing five regions of the Pearl River Delta Region, the Yangtze River Delta Region, the Central China Economic Region, the Western China Region, and the Jing-Jin-Ji Region, with steady expansion all over China. As of the end of 2020, Helenbergh has covered almost 50 cities in 15 provinces and municipalities nationwide, with land reservation area of 31.57 million square meters and nearly 200 benchmarking projects.
