Helenbergh Intelligent Jinshan and Ecological Green Valley is Officially Started, Creating Industrial Business Card for Jinshan Shanghai

On June 28, the opening ceremony of Helenbergh’s project of “Intelligent Jinshan and Ecological Green Valley”was officially started, which was located in the core position of economic corridor of Shanghai Jinshan Avenue. In the next five years, an ecological green industrial park with intelligent manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, life and health as its core will be emerging, with the aim of becoming the important city landmark in Jinshan costal region.

On that day, more than one hundred guests, including leaders at all level from Jinshanwei County, Jinshan District, Shanghai City, and over 30 cooperative partners, as well as representatives of Helenbergh witnessed this significant moment together.

Jinshan District is one of the important part in “south-north transformation”of the urban space pattern that Shanghai is trying to build. Currently, Jinshan District is working hard in winning the initial success of the city brand of “Shanghai Bay Area”, promoting the developing pattern of “One Valley, One City, One District, One Belt, and One Center”, wherein the “One Belt” refers to the economic corridor of Shanghai Jinshan Avenue.

As the transportation artery and one of the main axis of coastal area development, Jinshan Avenue is the “bridgehead” for higher quality integrated development in Jinshan District of the Yangtze River Delta Region, and it will greet many strategic opportunities. Facing these strategic opportunities, Jinshanwei County, located in the core area of the “One Belt”, is engaged in building Jinshan Avenue into the “source” of technology innovation and the“industrial belt”to gather elements, based in Jinshan and radiating the Yangtze River Delta Region. Helenbergh’s Intelligent Jinshan and Ecological Green Valley has the total land area of about 229 mu, the total building area about 530,000 square meters, and the total investment of about 5.15 billion yuan. The park is divided into three sectors, including Qihai Ecological Green Valley, energy conservation, and urban life bay. It is planned to build enterprise research and development innovative center, and enterprise headquarters, so as to create the park into a highland of science and technology research to gather R&D talents and industrial innovation, a developing cluster of ecological industry chain to serve the entire life cycle of enterprises, and a technology service area with complete functions and diversified life experience. After the projects are completed and reach target output, the annual output value will reach 1.35 billion yuan, with 6300 new employees.

Helenbergh Intelligent Jinshan and Ecological Green Valley is located in the intersection of Jinshan Avenue and Weihong Road, with the Jinshan Avenue, the main road in Jinshan District, on the north, and Jinwei Moat on the East. The traffic in the surrounding is quite convenient with good accessibility.

The project skyline will be exceeding 80 meters, and the overall construction will adopt public dotted layout of facade and high-rise. The interior uses enclosure of construction to build space for industry and research and commercial activities.
