On the morning of November 25, China Urban Operation and Development Summit 2020 kicked off in Beijing under the guidance of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and hosted by China Business Journal. At the event, Helenbergh was awarded as "Companies with Outstanding Craftsmanship of the Year 2020" for its enterprise spirit of "upholding craftsmanship as our original aspiration" and the unremitting pursuit of quality excellence.

Over the past 20-plus years, Helenbergh has been painstakingly crafting business and exploring the relationship between people and architecture, architecture and city, and city and life. As the idea “houses are built to be lived in” takes root in people’s mind, Helenbergh believes that healthy residential communities represent the future from the perspective of sustainability and long-term needs.
In 2016, Helenbergh systematically proposed the theory of "Health+" and put it into practice through its product solutions, with a view to forging harmonious human settlements where occupants can feel physically and mentally relaxed in the community.
In 2017, Helenbergh proposed the "Health+" Residential System. Guided by the needs of occupants and the value of life, this system made clear that the standard of the "Health+" system consists of three major sections: health+ ecological planning, health+ well-decorated apartment, and health+ intelligent community. In 2018, Helenbergh launched the "Health+ 2.0" Residential System, and formed ten healthy living experience standards, becoming the pacesetter in the industry.

In response to the change of people's idea of house-purchase in the post-pandemic era in 2020, Helenbergh’s R&D team has upgraded the "Health+ 2.0" Residential System by making breakthroughs in building materials, ecological planning, apartment design, community revitalization, intelligent central ventilation system, among others, so as to comprehensively improve the living quality in the community, and meet people's wish for and pursuit of healthy living.

While making continuous efforts to empower healthy living, Helenbergh also upgraded its six classic product series (i.e. Golden Time Series, Helen International Series, Helen Spring Series, Love-ME Series, Helen Town Series, and Bay Series) as per client demands and consumer preferences, and ultimately formed three brand-new product series: Royal Paradise Series, Jardin Series and Harmonious Joy (or Paradise) Series, each undertaking a different strategic positioning. All these changes will bring more imagination and better experience to the city, industry, and customers.
Among them, Harmonious Joy (or Paradise) Series is positioned as a quality elegant urban residential housing, whose primary customers include the emerging urban population and urban white-collars who are first-time homebuyers or upgraders. This series includes Helenbergh Tian Yue Ting in Wuxi, Helenbergh Hongcheng Houyuan in Huizhou; Royal Paradise Series is positioned to meet people’s strong demands for high-end home upgrades, such as Helenbergh Orchid Garden in Shanghai.
At present, Helenbergh is mainly marketing Jardin Series to buyers seeking home upgrades. This series is positioned as "healthy, intelligent and quality residential housing", whose customers mainly include those who have high expectations for quality housing, such as the urban middle class and the urban upstarts.

The new product series became a star product in the local area as soon as it was launched and has received numerous accolades. For example, the Sales Office of Helenbergh Hongcheng Houyuan in Huizhou was honored with the Gold Award at the Muse Design Awards 2020 Season 2 in October this year; Helenbergh Park View Mansion in Zhongshan was honored with the 15th Kinpan Awards for the best pre-sale housing of the year in South China.
