On November 10, Helenbergh, one of China's top 50 real estate developers, participated in the bidding in the land auction market in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and became a successful bidder for commercial and residential land on the east side of Binjiang Road and the north side of West Street in Qionglai City, Chengdu, occupying a net land area of 103.35 mu (1 mu equals to 666.67 square meters). This move will further increase the company's high-quality land reserve and further expand Helenbergh's presence in the Western China Region.
The plot is located at the waterfront area of the West Street in the old town section, with favorable living environment and convenient transportation. The surrounding Binjiang Road is directly connected to the central urban area of Chengdu through Chengdu-Mingshan Expressway. It is equipped with complete facilities at its surrounding areas, including the nearest Xijie Primary School (a century-old prestigious school with quality teaching staff), adjacent picturesque Wengting Park, Nanhe River Waterfront Green Belt (under planning), and Qionglai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (grade-A tertiary hospital).
Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration (CCUA) covers an area of about 185,000 square kilometers, with a population of nearly 100 million, ranking third among the four national urban agglomerations in the central and western China regions.
