The project sits on Shubo Avenue in Guiyang, where the government plans to develop "One Valley, Three Cities, and Three Districts" for the title of Guiyang Innovative Central City Demonstration Zone. It will also march toward a big data and technology center of great potential in China and Asia.
The total land area is 154,300 square meters, adjacent to the Sun Lake Park and Maijia River. It is planned to build three parks including Moon Bay Park, Xiaozhai Culture Park, and Yangjianpo Mountain Culture Park, adding to the local favourable natural resources. Near the parks there are Line 2 light rail (under construction), Guiyang Science City, East China Normal University Affiliated Primary School, Jiaxiu Primary School branch, and the like. Brands like Country Garden, Evergrande, Greenland, Jinke, Tianyi and other real estate developers have settled in to provide complete life and education facilities.
As the capital of Guizhou Province, Guiyang is the economic and commercial center and one of the central cities in Southwest China. Besides, it is a national comprehensive railway hub, a national-level big data industry development cluster, and an excellent tourist city in China, with unlimited development potential. Helenbergh's entry into Guiyang indicates the expansion of its national layout.
