Established in Guangzhou in 1998, Helenbergh China Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Helenbergh") has formulated a strategy of "focusing on regional businesses while expanding presence across the country" since its inception. In early 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the country. After the pandemic is contained, the community with "health" being its first and foremost demand has emerged as a common concern faced by designers and occupants. It has also offered consumers a new perspective on the housing products, which carries healthy "quality of life". 01Building Health+2.0 Residential System
Massive consumers today place more demands for a healthy living experience in the post-pandemic era.
Helenbergh believes that competitive products are attributed to the introduction of human vision and behavior, respect for nature, advocacy of health, integration of ingenuity and craftsmanship into architecture, consideration and study in the value of city, life and space, as well as creation of livable residential areas that integrate fashion, nature, green, health and smart life.
As early as 2017, Helenbergh launched the "Health+ Residential System", implemented the product standard of "Health+" in several projects, and established the "Health+ Life Experience Pavilion" in the project experience zone.
In 2018, Helenbergh, on the basis of "Health+ 1.0" in response to the upgrading of residential life experience under the unprecedented changes of the times, issued "Health+ 2.0" by introducing three dimensions of product mindset, space design and lifestyle creation, and then formulated 10 healthy living experience standards covering ecological planning, healthy community, classical architecture, livable apartment, house details, intelligent enjoyment, share amenities, home courtesy, demonstration experience and full-cycle services.

In the face of the sudden COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Helenbergh's R&D Team, based on its understanding of the ever-changing time and user needs, has quickly gathered thoughts on how to create a healthy community, with a view to carrying out design by employing a new concept of living, and laying more emphasis on the changes of lifestyle in the post-pandemic era.
To develop the "Health+2.0 Residential System", Helenbergh has injected more health value factors into the ten standards of the Health+ 2.0 Product Value System through the following four aspects.

1.Reflection on Architectural Form Based on Urban Texture and Living Preference
In its 22 years' history of house-building, Helenbergh has been painstakingly working on the design of residential building facade, facilitating ongoing iteration and promoting the process of urban beautification. In response to the needs of continuous urban development and people's ever-changing taste in residential housing, Helenbergh believes that the form and façade of the fifth generation of buildings should echo urban texture and resonate with urban temperament.

The seamless aluminum plate splicing method is adopted for the eaves at the base. The two aluminum plates are spliced and combined through the keel, and the joint width is controlled within 5mm to ensure the stability of the connection between each aluminum plate, and the fine gaps are filled with the same-color sealant to achieve the seamless effect, thus making the cornice more delicate and prolonging the visual effect.

2.Efficient Home Courtesy System Frees Both Hands to Ensure Occupants' Health
Helenbergh is committed to creating a pleasing home courtesy circulation in the residential community. This is chiefly based on the principle of contactlessness and bacteriostasis, so that the contemporary technological intelligence system is implanted into the community and architectural design.
The community entrance, first-floor lobby and garage lobby are all equipped with intelligent recognition systems such as face recognition and Hi Mansion App (owned by Helenbergh) to allow contactless access into the community.
The elevator adopts voice recognition or recognition by card to directly determine the exact floor you live on, enabling you to free both hands and enjoy an intelligent and healthy life along the circulation from the lobby to your home without touching any public surfaces.
As for traffic circulation, the separation or diversion of owners' vehicles from general or unauthorized vehicles has been taken into consideration. In the meantime, a community sub-entry space has been designated to accommodate other general or unauthorized vehicles such as express delivery vehicle, takeaway delivery vehicle, so as to facilitate the work related to express parcel sorting and centralized disinfection.

At present, Helenbergh Health Community has built and delivered such standard modules as Health, Fitness, and Entertainment Center, Youth Energy Field, Grimms' Fairy Tales Fantasy World and Landscape-dotted Reception Hall, which covers the three dimensions of time, space and age in life. Due to the COVID-19, increasing number of people has begun to put forward requirements for fresh air at home. Helenbergh has adopted a "transparent design in two directions" to form cross-ventilation from south to north to promote the vertical flow of indoor natural air. Some boutique apartments are also equipped with the central ventilation system. For example, the 128m2 standard apartment has four rooms facing south, with transparent design in two directions, ensuring cross-ventilation in the indoor space.

Separated Two-bathroom Design
Bathroom is also an important area where diseases are common and are spread fast and easily. Helenbergh adopts a separate bathroom design with clear functions and limited chances of cross infection. Moreover, the bathroom uses deodorant floor drain to reduce the height between the bottom of the outlet nozzle and the basin, thus decreasing the probability of disease transmission due to splash.

In terms of kitchen, Helenbergh uses cleansing, bacteriostatic and anti-toxic materials, and attaches great importance to pollution source cleaning and harmless treatment. The water purification system is also crucial to home life. Grade B and above are equipped with terminal water purification, while grade A is equipped with a pre-filter and a sink disinfection dishwasher to ensure occupants' health in drinking water.
