On March 29, the list of “2022 Top 50 of China Real Estate Developers” was formally released, co-hosted by China Real Estate Industry Association and Shanghai E-house China R&D Institute.
Depending on many years of stable development, solid comprehensive strength and continually improved brand strength, Helenbergh has been honored as “2022 Top 50 of China Real Estate Developers” once again.

The appraisal for the honor has continued for 14 years, whose appraisal results have become an important yardstick to comprehensively evaluate the comprehensive strength and industrial status of real estate developers.
Realizing High-quality Development with Foresighted Deployment
Forging ahead for 24 years, Helenbergh has adhered to its long-term strategy and kept improving its strength with stable development, which has now developed into a comprehensive group covering various fields such as housing development, commercial operation and creative technology industry.
All the time, it has kept in pace with the national development strategy, expanded steadily with foresighted deployment and prudent strategy from Guangdong to the whole country, focused on the core city clusters with rich development potential. Under the guidance of the strategy of national deployment and regional focus, Helenbergh has focused its deployment in five core regions, namely the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the West China and the Central China.

In recent years, Helenbergh has further optimized its land reserve structure according to the market trend and acquired quality land in the key cities of focus regions. As of December 31, 2021, its land reserve value neared 400 billion yuan, laying a solid foundation for its development in the future.
Thus far, Helenbergh has built 200 quality projects in over 50 cities of 16 provinces and municipalities, of which the number of projects in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta account for 70%. At the Pearl River Delta, Helenbergh starts from Guangzhou and gradually expands to the key cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. So far, it has deployed 82 projects in ten cities of Pearl River Delta such as Foshan, Zhongshan and Huizhou. In 2012, Helenbergh formally launched its market expansion at the Yangtze River Delta. In 2013, it settled in Shanghai. So far, it has covered 22 key cities of the Yangtze River Delta, with over 60 projects of different forms of business. The foresighted investment layout has boosted the company’s performance to maintain a stable growth trend over the time.
Focusing on Three Major Business to Solidify Development Cornerstone
Helenbergh has focused on its three business areas to keep solidifying its development cornerstones with delicate management.
In the segment of housing, Helenbergh has taken the lead to build healthy residential system based on its many years of devotion to the exploration of residential demands. Meanwhile, in order to match with market demands and customer group positioning more accurately, it has upgraded its original six classical product lines into three new product lines, namely Xiyue, Jiuyue and Heyue. Of which, the Jiuyue “healthy and intelligent residential product line” is for the mid and high-end improvement customers, having developed near 60 projects in key cities in the country, and honored as one of the “Top 10 quality residential product series” by Cric. In 2021, near 30 projects of the product line won a gold prize and an international design award, well recognized by the industry.

In the area of commercial operation, Helenbergh has created the IP of three major commercial brands, Helen World, Helen City and Helen Park, focused on the first and second tier cities of China, with near 20 commercial projects under construction and operation. Among them, the Kunming Helen World Shopping Center opened for business was a commercial flagship of Helenbergh with a total floor area of 240,000 sqm, which positions and leads the new development of local commerce with a composite experiential shopping center integrating “arts, commerce, culture and tourism”.

In the segment of creative park industry, Helenbergh has begun its deployment since 2010 and tried to build industrial incubation benchmark by introducing quality industrial resources to empower the industrial development of cities. Among them, the Guangzhou Helenbergh Creative Park, as a key creative industry base in Guangdong, has been settled by over 300 enterprises in accumulation, with an annual output value of over 5 billion yuan, which has become an intelligent engine for the new urban center of Guangzhou with creative industry cluster.
