On Mar. 18, “2021 Research Results Conference of China's Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises and The 18th Summit of China Real Estate Top 100 Entrepreneurs”hosted by “China's Top10 Real Estate Research Group” was held in Beijing. In the summit, Helenbergh won the “2021 Excellent Enterprise in Chinese Industrial Park Operation” relying on its advantageous park development and operation mode.

Accelerating National Layout, and Constructing   a Wonderful Living Circle

Ever since its founding in 1998, Helenbergh has been adhering to the brand concept of “Flourish with You” and the strategy of national layout and deep regional developing. Guiding by the group strategy, Helenbergh firstly conducted layout of innovative technology parks in the top two strong economic circle in China: the Pearl River Delta Region and the Yangtze River Delta Region. Currently, the projects have settled in cities including Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, and Zhongshan.

Creating New Samples of Industrial Park in Unique Operation Mode

Since its first experience in innovative technology park in 2010, Helenbergh has been consolidating foundation in continuous exploration, combining the concept of integration of industry and city, and forming its own developing path.

At the beginning of this January, Helenbergh has reached agreement with People’s Government in Jinshanwei County Jinshan District Shanghai, successfully signed contract of industrial park of Helenbergh Intelligent Jinshan and Ecological Green Valley.

This project has a total land area of about 229 mu, with the total investment of about 5.15 billion yuan. It will take integration of industry and city as well as innovative sharing as the key point, creating new development model of customized parks in the whole industrial ecological chain focusing on the two themes of intelligent producing and energy conservation and environmental protection, becoming a highland of science and technology research to gather R&D talents and industrial innovation, a developing cluster of ecological industry chain to serve the entire life cycle of enterprises, and a technology service area with complete functions and diversified life experience.

As the key creative industry base in Guangdong, Guangzhou Helenbergh innovative park introduced the EOD office concept of “making work just like a vacation”, creating the complex industrial park of “innovative headquarter+ecological industrial park+industrial service platform”.

Up to now, this project has attracted more than ten listed enterprises including Baidu, Alibaba, Zhejiang CHINT, Germany Deckel, Guangdong PAK, and Jomoo commercial. It incubated more than 100 innovative enterprises and over 3000 innovative achievements, offering about 30 thousand employment posts each year,  absorbing over 8000 middle and high-end talents in the industry, so as to improve the product competitiveness in the up and down stream industries, with the annual output value exceeding 5 billion yuan.

As the important carrier of economic restructuring and upgrading in China, the industrial parks have broad developing space.
