Three Projects of Helenbergh Won the Best Pre-sale Buildings of Kinju Award

On Mar. 26, the 16th Kinpan Series Awards - Kinju Arad of South China was officially released. Helenbergh’s Jingzhou Helenbergh Park View Mansion, Jiangmen Helenbergh - Park View Bay, and Zhanjiang Helenbergh - Park View Cloud Creek stood out and won the best pre-sale buildings in South China. The strong product power of Helenbergh was recognized by the industry again.

Kinpan Series Awards are divided into three parts based on cities, product positioning, and the list of product power of China’s real estate enterprises: Kinju Award, Kinpan Award and Global Design Awards. Kinju Award mainly takes construction design, humanistic value, environmental planning, supporting facilities, and other indexes to evaluate, which is currently the most influential comprehensive award in real estate developing.

Jingzhou Helenbergh Park View Mansion is located in Jingzhou Avenue, Jingzhou, Hubei. As the new benchmarking and quality building in Jingzhou, under the city background, it created the free and broad space style, and focused on each details in different dimensions.

The small piece of pretty and clean lawn, and the sculpture of girls playing instruments sitting or standing, separated the place from the hustle and bustle of the city, with the soft and beautiful atmosphere.

Jiangmen Helenbergh - Park View Bay

Jiangmen Helenbergh - Park View Bay is located in Xinhui District, Jiangmen  Guangdong. The demonstration area is of the conception of ancient instrument and music, reflecting the moon and highlighting tranquil among the hustle and bustle. It extended and extracted the rhythmic and musical elements of the beginning, the end, and the climax of the tweedle, applying silent rhythm into the design. The quartet of Yunqi, Runtian, Jiajing, and Raoliang demonstrated the density of spatial rhythm, and brought sensory experience with feeling of different layers.

The sky and the earth are the instruments, and scooping the water is just like touching the string. The warm sunshine went through the branches with spots of lights and shadows. Under the soft light, the water scene is surrounding the construction, enhancing each other’s beauty with the green island at the entrance. The faraway clouds and trees make a beautiful picture, and the nearby water and light is waning, providing a natural feeling. The cultural fortress and walls at the end are quite smooth, reaching to the sky, and constructing the integrated scenic building with poetic sight.

Zhanjiang Helenbergh Park View Mansion

The Zhanjiang Helenbergh Park View Mansion is located in Xiashan District Zhanjiang Guangdong. It follows the form of “Nandu River” that flows alone into the sea, bringing sensory experience with feeling of different layers and orderly changed space by layout with density, integrated space using simple lines, and the five dimensions of space including sailing, boating, port entering, oasis, and discovery.

The winding path uses the shape of the “zigzag stream”, with simple space lines and windbell forest, creating the front yard space of poetic tranquil.

When one enters the internal yard, a path appears in the water. The waves in the water move with the wind, as if walking in the water.

The back yard is in combination of hiding and showing, and finally demonstrates the space of green island with artistic inspiration.
