On December 2, Helenbergh China Holdings Limited and Jinke Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Helenbergh’s Guangzhou headquarter. The agreement enables the cooperation in housing project development, land auction and urban renewal with respective resources, through which Helenbergh and Jinke can strengthen core competencies and build a promising future with win-win outcomes for each other.

Both sides expect to boost leaping improvement in respective businesses through resource sharing, complementary advantages, mutual development and innovation, so as to jointly promote the healthy and stable growth of the real estate market.
