Opening a New Chapter of Cooperation, Helenbergh and China Railway Construction Sign a Strategic Contract

On December 30, Helenbergh China Holdings and China Railway Construction Group (CRC Group) signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony was attended and witnessed by Huang Chiheng, chairman of the board of Helenbergh, Wang Meng, executive vice president, Wang Kunpeng, president of Helenbergh Kunming, Mei Hongliang, general manager, Yu Jiulong, deputy general manager, Sun Hongjun, deputy general manager, Shu Chunjian, secretary of the discipline inspection committee of CRC Group.

In the future, both sides will carry out in-depth and all-round strategic cooperation in multiple fields to enhance the overall operating efficiency of projects and build a win-win and sustainable strategic partnership.

Previously, both sides have established a good foundation of cooperation and co-developed projects of about 3 million ㎡ in China.

According to the agreement, in line with the tenet of “equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, a long-term vision, win-win cooperation and common development”, both sides will seize the development opportunities, expand the scope of cooperation, give full play to respective advantages, and work together to carry out long-term strategic cooperation and exchange at multiple levels and thus achieve win-win development.

Founded in 1979, China Railway Construction Group (CRC Group), formerly known as Railway Force 89134 of the People’s Liberation Army, is a core and backbone enterprise of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CRCC), one of the “Fortune 500”, “China’s Top 500” and “The World’s 250 Largest Contractors”. The CRC Group boasts a special grade qualification for general contracting of architectural engineering construction and municipal public engineering construction and nine highest professional qualifications in the construction industry.
