Good news: Securing a position among Best 10 of Development Potential of China Real Estate Developers

On March 20, 2019, the "2019 Press Conference of the Evaluation Results of Best 500 China Real Estate Developers" was held grandly in Beijing, co-hosted by China Real Estate Association and China Real Estate Assessment Center of Shanghai E-house China R&D Institute.

Helenbergh was honored as "2019 Best 100 of China Real Estate Developers" and "2019 Best 10 of Development Potential of China Real Estate Developers" for its quality products and outstanding comprehensive operation capacity. This was the fourth year on end for Helenbergh to be listed among the Best 100 China Real Estate Developers.

Our land reserve area in the region accounts for 40.8% of our total land reserve, with a worth more than a hundred billion yuan (by August 31, 2018). Evaluation of Best 500 of China Real Estate Developers

The evaluation has been held for 11 years on end since 2009 by China Real Estate Association and the "China Real Estate Assessment Center of Shanghai E-house R&D Institute", a professional real estate evaluation agency registered legally by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Following the assessment principles of being scientific, fair and objective, an authoritative assessment model recognized by the industry was adopted to evaluate the data of enterprises and measure the comprehensive strength of enterprises from seven first-level indicators, 19 second-level indicators and 52 third-level indicators of real estate developers, which are widely professional and authoritative in the industry.

Through the annual assessment of real estate developers, the comprehensive strength of real estate developers is evaluated comprehensively and objectively, which is important and significant to the benign competition and healthy development of real estate developers and the entire industry.
